We’re the best resource for sports betting at least when it comes to MMA. Not only do we give away our picks that an expensive algorithm created, we also aggregate all the picks from all the other experts so you can see them all in one place instead of visiting 10 different website and listening to 7 repetitive podcasts.
At the same time you see thousands of people online selling their picks for money. You would think that if their picks were so accurate, they would focus their energy on betting bigger amounts instead of soliciting payments for the picks.
As you probably knew already, the majority of those services are bullshit. There are some VERY rare exceptions but they tend to cost at least thousands of dollars, and the only sure way to profit is to use their exact picks with huge sums of money (to make up for the upfront cost) over the course of several years.
The biggest argument I hear from these pick selling characters is that they’re after more stability. They might be profitable over the course of a year, but they are going to have losing streaks during which they need to put food on the table. And that’s where a consistently paying base is helpful. But again if your picks are so good, who cares if you have a losing streak. You should have enough money put aside to cover for those situations.
That’s one of the reasons all our picks are free: We’re putting our money where our mouth is. We believe our picks are good enough to the point where instead of charging you for them, we’ll just profit from the “House” instead.
OK so not all our reasons for making our picks free are altruistic. They’re also free because we’re brand new with no userbase or track record. So nobody’s going to pay for it anyway.
With that said, our picks wont’ always be free. We definitely plan to monetize them in the future. Our plan is to be a household name in the world of sports betting and news. When we achieve that goal, millions of people are going to be monitoring our picks. And if millions of people bet the way we recommend, it’s going to shift the odds in the sports books. And if that happens, our bets won’t be as good because the odds for our picks won’t be as good.
So at that point we’ll probably have a hybrid version where we give you some picks for free, some more picks if you’re in the newsletter, and some paid picks.
But, we will always publish our past picks, so you guys can keep us accountable and post creative mean comments if and when we fuck up.
